Star Group-Veterans Helping Veterans thanks the Copperas Cove High School JROTC program for their support during our 4th Annual Independence Day Picnic Celebration on June 29, 2012 at Carl Levine Park.
The outstanding service they provided included posting of the colors, folding and presenting the American Flag which was flown over our Nation’s Capitol in Washington D.C. and given to Star Group-Veterans Helping Veterans by Congressman John R. Carter (Texas District 31) was highly appreciated and a job well done.
The Copperas Cove High School JROTC is an Army-based program that teaches students to develop leadership skills.
