SG-VHV would like to thank Bob's Screen & Glass of Killeen [121 N Gray St., Killeen, TX 76541] for supporting our organization.
The front door glass at our building located at 202 S. 4th Street in Copperas Cove, Texas was accidentally broken during the lawn manicure by a flying rock. We then contacted a few glass companies but none had a crew that could come that afternoon. We contacted our members and Katrina Washington of La Ray Properties, suggested we contact Bob's Screen & Glass (Barbara) of Killeen as she uses their services in her mortgage business. We called and they were able to come out & complete the job.
After our President & Vice President explained our organization and the things we did through out the community, Ms. Barbara contacted her boss & they made a decision to donate their time, effort and the entire cost of the repaired glass.
Without their generosity we would have some tough options, (1) would be to board up the entrance to the building, (2) spend the night to keep burglars out. But based on their kind hearts & understanding of what our organization was all about just proves that as we continue to serve the community that we as an organization will continue to blessed. Again we would like to thank Bobs Screen & Glass (Barbara) of Killeen for their support and Ms. Washington for her contact.
